1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of PixMusic, a music player maintained by the PixMusic maintainer. Read them together with the Privacy Policy. Contact support@netmusicapp.com for help.
The App Store application license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement where applicable. These terms describe PixMusic's features and use of connected services; they do not remove rights you have under that license or applicable law.
2. Your music and connected services
PixMusic plays music that you import or access through your own cloud drive, local storage or music server. PixMusic does not supply a music catalog or grant rights to third-party recordings, lyrics or artwork.
You must have the necessary rights and authorization for files you import, stream, cache, download or share. Follow the law and each source provider's terms. Do not use PixMusic to infringe copyright, bypass access controls or access another person's account or server without permission.
Keep your source credentials secure and configure servers you are authorized to use. Source availability, bandwidth, account restrictions, membership requirements and provider API changes can affect playback or downloads. A Pro purchase does not include a third-party provider subscription or override its restrictions.
3. Pro purchases and restoration
The current PixMusic Pro product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for lifetime Pro access. It does not automatically renew and is not a recurring subscription. Available features and the price are shown in the app and the App Store before you purchase.
Apple processes the payment. Restore an eligible purchase using Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for that purchase. Availability can depend on App Store services and a valid purchase entitlement. Refund requests are handled through Apple's purchase support, subject to applicable rules and your statutory rights.
4. Downloads, synchronization and backups
Downloads and smart caches use device storage. Smart cache can be removed automatically; do not rely on it as a backup. Keep your own copies of important files and playlists.
iCloud synchronization is optional and requires confirmation in the app. It synchronizes supported source configurations, selections, personal playlists and credentials as explained in the Privacy Policy. It does not back up audio files or all local app data.
Review the confirmation before deleting a source, downloaded content or synchronized data. Deleting synchronized content keeps local data and can leave a minimal reset marker to prevent old devices from restoring it. App controls for local cleanup do not delete the source server's original music files.
5. Local transfer and permissions
Use Wi-Fi transfer on a trusted network and stop the service when you finish. The transfer page uses HTTP, and devices able to reach that service can submit supported files. Choose secure server protocols where available.
You control permissions through device settings. Declining or revoking a required permission may make the related feature unavailable. Where local law requires a parent's or guardian's involvement, obtain it before using the app or making purchases.
6. App and open-source components
PixMusic's interface and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain the rights you have in your own files. Connected services, recordings, artwork and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
Open-source components have their own licenses, listed in Open Source Licenses. Those licenses govern the relevant components and preserve any modification, redistribution or reverse-engineering rights they grant. Nothing here restricts rights required by those licenses or applicable law.
7. Availability and your legal rights
We work to keep PixMusic useful and reliable. Software defects, network conditions, device compatibility and third-party service changes can interrupt or limit features. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or support every file and server configuration.
To the extent permitted by law, the app and connected functionality are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer protections, statutory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Apple's applicable application license and your local statutory rights continue to apply.
8. Updates, ending use and contact
Features and these terms may be updated as the app evolves. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required, and any required consent will be requested before they take effect.
You can stop using PixMusic at any time. If needed, separately remove local data, delete synchronized content and revoke third-party authorizations using the controls described in the Privacy Policy.
